Overview
Flavors on Flavors will go above and beyond to fulfill your orders. We will do all that we can to the best of our ability to accommodate any changes or allergies that you request.
Refund policy
Flavors on Flavors have a NO refund policy, which means once you booked the date/time of your event and down payment is paid you are officially locked in. Due to food and other items are purchased in advance and are perishable PRIOR to the event. If you have any concerns or questions please contact us at admin@flavorsflavors.com.
Date/Time Changes
Reschedule: If the date or time changes for some foreseen reason there will be a $250 fee subject to availability.
Theme Change
Once you have chosen a theme and it changes…..there will be an extra charge IF items are already purchased.
Decor
Backdrops, Mr. & Ms. Centerpieces, lamps, flowers, silver wear, plates, glasses, chafers, table clothes, balloons etc.
Services
Flavors on Flavors host all sorts of events.
Plated service (platting), full service, buffet service, weddings, corporate events, family style, meal prep, anniversaries, schools, colleges, and drop off catering.
Flavors on Flavors minimum to serve $165 per hour for (2) hours maximum $165 per hour (4) hours.
Two types of catering services are on-premise catering, where food is prepared and served at the event/venue, and off-premise catering, where food is prepared at a separate location and transported to the event/venue.

Outdoor or Indoor
Whether the event takes place outside or inside, outlets must be available for FOF to successfully warm food, lights, bathrooms, running water, trash disposal, and a clean kitchen area at the event.
Allergy Warning
Foods that’s prepared and processed in the kitchen that produce dishes with milk, wheat, soybean, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, and egg products. If you have any allergy or special dietary requirements, please inform us or ask for more information contact us at admin@flavorsflavors.com.
Breach of Agreement/Contract
After signing of this agreement, either party who fails to perform or Under-performs without a valid reason
The client agrees to pay Flavors on Flavors a retainer fee at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This will be a 50% non-refundable fee that goes towards your session. Payments can be broken up to 60 days… The remaining balance will be due 30 days before the event date. The session fee covers the labor time, and talent of chef shay and her team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
